I am tired and stressed out.

I have to deal with these one arrogant lawyer who wants $4,000, just because he received a "citation" letter from the city official.


I cleared the citation with the city officials but the laywer wants the $4,000 because he "had to work with the city officials." :rollseye:

C'mon! It was a citation.
