Re: coffee, tea or soda?
I had a collegue who could't stand it at all since she was born. Her mother went with her to the hospital for years because she didn't understand why she refused to eat. She is vegetarian and still do not drink milk in her thirties.
At least you can have a droplet of it.

Re: coffee, tea or soda?
No sodas for me. Mostly fruit juice, tea (in leaves is better!) and hot chocolate. Or some coffee (black) to wake up for some morning exams.

I recommend English Breakfast or an Orange Pekoe in the morning, Earl Grey in the Evening, and Chamomile at night before bed.
just a thought.

Re: coffee, tea or soda?
I finally reduced my daily dose of caffeine. I trick myself with a bottle of water, if you can imagine that.

Re: coffee, tea or soda?
Beilieve me, I understand you. I used to drink one cup after another not long time ago. Then somebody sugested to mix the types of coffee to get a stronger one. I don't have may choices at work, but I take what I can find. And when my first cap (well, a medium) is over, I put a full bottle of water in front of me.
I have to deal with a lot of stress anyway, so that bottle does miracles for me.
