Re: completely useless thread
Anyway, I contend that this thread IS useful, it's meeting a great need that people obviously have to post random expressions of well, anything. It's like a thread equivalent of free jazz.

Much better that getting whacked upside the head with the Zen stick!
Which reminds me of a more fun use of the Zen stick and chocolate:

Re: completely useless thread
I've only got AD....I don't have time for the rest...
See Pauling for the little balls...he wrote in his journal when he was like 16, "I've decided to keep a better journal and write all my thoughts down, because later people will be looking back through it and wondering what I was thinking now"
Nobel Prize winner that the cover of LIFE magazine in the 60's said, "Send the Pacifist Home!" or something to that affect...for his anti-war anti nuke efforts...father of modern chemistry he was...he started those little balls..
Costa Rica elected a Nobel Prize winner for President....why don't we??
Costa Rica is taking the "Compassionate Classroom" a curriculum based on non-violence to their entire elementary school system...and intending on moving it up with middle school and high school with intent on creating generation after generation of people who look for win-win solutions.
why don't we??
all of this posted on the useless thread....as if it was posted elsewhere it would be considered....well useless...somehow here it actually borders on useful...
maybe if we can make stuff useful here...it can be useful elsewhere...
Don't mind me...I just spent another wonderful weekend with over a hundred awesome high school kids....I'm still high from the experience...they rejuvenate me!
