Re: Favorite Bible Quotes

For there has been a child born to us, there has been a son given to us; and the princely rule will come to be upon his shoulder. And his name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace. To the abundance of the princely rule and to peace there will be no end, upon the throne of David and upon his kingdom in order to establish it firmly and to sustain it by means of justice and by means of righteousness, from now on and to time indefinite. The very zeal of Jehovah of armies will do this.Isaiah 9;6-7
(Revelation 19:16) And upon his outer garment, even upon his thigh, he has a name written, King of kings and Lord of lords..........Jesus is now a warror king
(Psalm 2:6) [Saying:] "I, even I, have installed my king Upon Zion, my holy mountain.".................Jesus is now a reigning king in the heavenly kingdom Daniel 7;13-14
(Daniel 2:44) "And in the days of those kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be brought to ruin. And the kingdom itself will not be passed on to any other people. It will crush and put an end to all these kingdoms, and it itself will stand to times indefinite;
(John 18:36) Jesus answered: "My kingdom is no part of this world. If my kingdom were part of this world, my attendants would have fought that I should not be delivered up to the Jews. But, as it is, my kingdom is not from this source.".................. its in heaven thats why . and since 1914 he has been a warrior king
(Revelation 11:15) And the seventh angel blew his trumpet. And loud voices occurred in heaven, saying: "The kingdom of the world did become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ, and he will rule as king forever and ever."........................its all happening in this time of the end

Judas wanted to take matters into his own hands. He wanted the Romans out, and expected Jesus to do such or lead such a revolt. But Jesus was moving much too slow, and not in accordance with Judas' concept of how things should be...so Judas attempted to force Jesus' hand, by having the Romans take hold of him (he could have cared less about the Sanhedrin). Only Jesus did not do as Judas desired...

Then one of the twelve, the one called Judas Is·car´i·ot, went to the chief priests 15 and said: "What will YOU give me to betray him to YOU?" They stipulated to him thirty silver pieces. ...................... i would say it seems that Judas has allowed his heart to become more and more bad . he must have started off with the right attitude as a diciple of christ , but when bad thoughts take over it goes from bad to worse, even to the stage of betraying the son of God.
(Hebrews 10:26) For if we practice sin willfully after having received the accurate knowledge of the truth, there is no longer any sacrifice for sins left,.................staying in a bad attitude and being a praticer of sin . leads to bad things.

Re: Favorite Bible Quotes

But there are new heavens and a new earth that we are awaiting according to his promise, and in these righteousness is to dwell. 2 peter 3;13
(Isaiah 65:17) "For here I am creating new heavens and a new earth; and the former things will not be called to mind, neither will they come up into the heart.
(Revelation 21:1) And I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the former heaven and the former earth had passed away, and the sea is no more.

(Zephaniah 1:14) "The great day of Jehovah is near. It is near, and there is a hurrying [of it] very much. The sound of the day of Jehovah is bitter. There a mighty man is letting out a cry.
(Acts 17:31) Because he has set a day in which he purposes to judge the inhabited earth in righteousness by a man (Jesus)whom he has appointed, and he has furnished a guarantee to all men in that he has resurrected him from the dead."

James 1:9-10
Let the lowly brother glory in his exaltation, but the rich in his humiliation, because as a flower of the field he will pass away.

(Acts 2:24) But God resurrected him by loosing the pangs of death, because it was not possible for him to continue to be held fast by it.

Happy are the mild-tempered ones, since they will inherit the earth. matthew 5;5
But the meek ones themselves will possess the earth,

And they will indeed find their exquisite delight in the abundance of peace. psalm 37;11

"Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all the Earth.
Serve the Lord with gladness, come into His presence with singing.
Know ye, that the Lord is God.
It is He that hath made us, and not we ourselves.
We are His people and the sheep of His pastures.
Enter into His gates with thanksgiving and into His courts with praise.
Be thankful unto Him and bless His name.
For the Lord is good. His mercy is everlasting,
and His truth endures to all generations" <KJV> Psalm 100

They proclaimed: "Blessed is the king who comes in the name of the Lord. Peace in heaven and glory in the highest." Some of the Pharisees in the crowd said to him, "Teacher, rebuke your disciples." He said in reply, "I tell you, if they keep silent, the stones will cry out!"
