Romans 7:24. O wretched man that I am! Who shall deliver me from the body of this death?
25. I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.

Re: Favorite Bible Quotes

Neither their silver nor their gold will be able to deliver them in the day of Jehovah’s fury; but by the fire of his zeal the whole earth will be devoured, because he will make an extermination, indeed a terrible one, of all the inhabitants of the earth."

zepheniah 1;18

why worry about the money situation it will mean nothing compared to Jehovahs fury .

priority is what it is all about .

and another of my favourite verses is this one in
zepheniah2 ;2-3

Before [the] statute gives birth to [anything], [before the] day has passed by just like chaff, before there comes upon YOU people the burning anger of Jehovah, before there comes upon YOU the day of Jehovah’s anger,
SEEK Jehovah, all YOU meek ones of the earth, who have practiced His own judicial decision. SEEK righteousness, SEEKmeekness. Probably YOU may be concealed in the day of Jehovah’s anger.

CHOICES CHOICES CHOICE SEEK SEEK SEEK

Re: Favorite Bible Quotes

"Have no fear, little flock, because YOUR Father has approved of giving YOU the kingdom. LUKE 12;32

And I have other sheep, which are not of this fold; those also I must bring, and they will listen to my voice, and they will become one flock, one shepherd. JOHN 10;16

I THINK THESE VERSES MAKE SO MUCH SENSE those who are approved to go to heaven with JESUS are a little flock (144,000) compared to the other sheep who are a numberless GREAT CROWD REVELATION 7;9-10

but it is good that JESUS said they would all listen to his voice NICE

psalm 27:1-5 NASB

Quote:
The LORD is my light and my salvation;
Whom shall I fear?
The LORD is the defense of my life;
Whom shall I dread?
When evildoers came upon me to devour my flesh,
My adversaries and my enemies, they stumbled and fell.
Though a host encamp against me,
My heart will not fear;
Though war arise against me,
In spite of this I shall be confident.
One thing I have asked from the LORD, that I shall seek:
That I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life,
To behold the beauty of the LORD
And to meditate in His temple.
For in the day of trouble He will conceal me in His tabernacle;
In the secret place of His tent He will hide me;
He will lift me up on a rock.

David’s appreciation for Jehovah, his Word, and his arrangement for true worship never faded. The many beautiful psalms David composed expressed how he felt.

David was a man of spiritual depth who truly appreciated Jehovah’s spiritual provisions and relished every morsel of spiritual truth that God revealed.

His example of appreciation is worthy of imitation.Psalm 19:7-11. says it all

7 The law of Jehovah is perfect, bringing back the soul.
The reminder of Jehovah is trustworthy, making the inexperienced one wise.
8 The orders from Jehovah are upright, causing the heart to rejoice;
The commandment of Jehovah is clean, making the eyes shine.
9 The fear of Jehovah is pure, standing forever.
The judicial decisions of Jehovah are true; they have proved altogether righteous.
10
They are more to be desired than gold, yes, than much refined gold;
And sweeter than honey and the flowing honey of the combs.
11
Also, your own servant has been warned by them;
In the keeping of them there is a large reward.

psalm 19;7-11

Now on the last day, the great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, "If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink.

He who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, 'From his innermost being will flow rivers of living water.'"

What is meant by "water like a river," or "a flood of water"? (The New English Bible) Ancient King David spoke of the wicked men who opposed him as "flash floods of good-for-nothing men" ["streams of the worthless," Young]. (Psalm 18:4, 5, 16, 17)

What Satan now unleashes is likewise persecution by worthless or "good-for-nothing men."

now thats a bad river going on there
