I am new to this forum and thought that I would say hello. I am a very spiritual person yet I claim no religion over any other. I rely upon my connection with the Creator and listen to those that are put in my path in life.

I respect everyone's beliefs and although I disagree with some, I still respect what they believe. Religion is just a mode of transportation on the path to enlightenment. There are different modes of transportation -- all of which are valuable.

Amen to that. And may I just add: When you experience enlightenment, make sure that it does not carry with it any kind of endarkenment to all kinds of other human endeavors in the quest for knowledge of self and the universe. Otherwise you would be missing all the fun.
