Funny you ask,

It is from a movie "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas" This is from a scene when they were in 'Bat country'. Great book! (Hunter S. Thompson)

The movie was good as well, but a little on the trippy side. It is mostly drug themed, but I found I could relate even w/o the drugs.
