Babylon the great is the world empire of false religion ,and even those who claim to be christian are in opposition to Jesus kingship , and it is a fact that it is the so called religious leaders that are the ones taking the lead in this opposition, which in turn leads their flocks away from Jesus and the only way to peace on the earth . many are misled by false religious leaders . but Jesus sheep know his voice and are inline with Jesus and his father Jehovah . Jehovahs grand purpose for the earth will be fullfilled regardless of the opposers . and it is all happening in this time of the end . i find it to be really thrilling times that we are living in , what a relief it will be when there is no more false religion to cause problems on the earth , and what a relief it will be when all the opposers of Gods heavenly kingdom goverment are removed by God .Daniel 2;44

we are now in the last days , we are well along into bible prophecy and the time of the end , or the conclusion of a system of things, and the book of revelation is now well along ,we are in the lords day. and many things are being revealed and uncovered ,especially regarding Jesus kingship that happened in 1914 , and the things that would be happening on the earth since then.

we know we are in the last days from bible prophecy and chronology, and the signs that Jesus himself told us to look out for ,but the day and hour only Jehovah knows . so it does make sense it is not a contratiction, i am not stopping others from having a say, go ahead.

We don't know anything...we surmise, we guess, we think, we believe, but we know nothing, except that the Father is the only one who knows the day, the hour, the moment. It is shear arrogance to assume we know the mind of God...

It is a contradiction to consider anything else. We've been told to live our lives "daily", as if it is the last day. That is all. We have 24 hours, then God willing we have another 24 hours. That is what the Bible promises us.

We don't even know what Babylon is. (as I pointed out previously). We don't know who the man/beast marked with 666 is. We definitely don't know who the beast with two horns is (as is made obvious throughout this thread).

You may "think" you know...but the contradictions in your own statements, just causes more uncertainty, and in other cases, more resolve, for the rest of us.

Really Mee, you defeat your entire purpose...by insisting what you say is God's speak.

From my perspective..."Mother Mary", would not be pleased...(get my point?).

i think babylon the great stems from man's desire to make themselves higher than god, and their influence is the one that thought such a thing from the beginning, and that is satan. for man to proclaim this blasphemy and make others bow to their divinity is where babylon originates and satan assists in those people that make that deal of power that satan offers. because a unified world power can cause others to halt war or start war and to create a "peace" without god is its goal. after this goal of unity is reached, economic and military domination so no one can go against is next, then the imposing of a new religious system is introduced. to continue having any livelihood within this system, one would have to have allegiance to babylon, take the mark of babylon, and worship babylon.

babylon the great (world empire of false religion) pruduces rotten fruit matthew 7;15-17 so what is rotten fruit,........... it is spreading false doctrine, meddling in war and politics, tolaration of immoral sex. what does the future hold for religions that produce rotten fruit? Jesus warned every tree not producing fine fruit will get cut down and thrown in the fire ..matthew 7;19 fire symbolizes total destruction. the book of revelation in chapter 17 and 18 shows what will happen to false religion . getting out of false religion does not mean we have to turn to atheism, since the future of that is also bleak, 2 thessalonians1;6-9 the only haven is within True religion. true religion would be producing Good fruit matthew 7;17 so what is Good fruit? it would be practicing LOVE it would not be devided by race or culture and it would have love among themselves, they would not be killing one another. True religion bases its doctrine on Gods word the bible, and it would strengthen families and uphold high moral standards .true religion would not only be preaching bible moral standards, they would be living them.
