Jesus: What happens now?
on another site a youngster asked a question that is quite socaratic (self defining) since there is no answer other than opinion.
if Jesus died from my sins, what happens now? (he didn't stay dead)
Now is that child thinking and really wanting to know without any one ever ruining his thought process?

Re: Jesus: What happens now?
personally I dont know if it was serious or someone was being a smartass...
to answer the question in case it was an honest question.
death was a result of sin (Adams) Jesus died for those sins (for everyone) and rose from the dead because he defeated death (consequences of Adams sin)

Re: Jesus: What happens now?
rather than being dead in our sins, we are alive by His grace.

That is why, just as through one man(adam) sin entered into the world and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men because they had all sinned—. romans 5;12
For since death is through a man,(adam) resurrection of the dead is also through a man. (Jesus) 1 corinthians 15;21
For just as in Adam all are dying, so also in the Christ all will be made alive.
1 corinthians 15;22
As the last enemy, death is to be brought to nothing.
(or is to be destroyed)
(is being made ineffective.)
1 corinthians 15;26
The hope of endless life was a major theme of Jesus’ preaching. His faithful follower Peter once said to him: "You have sayings of everlasting life." (John 6:68)
Jesus said: "God loved the world so much that he gave his only-begotten Son, in order that everyone exercising faith in him might not be destroyed but have everlasting life." (John 3:16) How long you will live, therefore, depends on how you respond to God’s love.

Re: Jesus: What happens now?
On one occasion, Jesus said: "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." (John 14:6)
approach to God is through Jesus because Jehovah has seen fit to give his Son the most important role. The Father has made him the central, or key, figure in the outworking of all of His purposes.

THE GREAT DAY OF JEHOVAH IS NEAR ,
humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God,
And as ZEPHENIAH 2;3 says
seek Jehovah, all YOU meek ones of the earth, who have practiced His own judicial decision. Seek righteousness, seek meekness. Probably YOU may be concealed in the day of Jehovah’s anger.

since all your God is based in magical beliefs of faith, I have little doubt that he is pissed at all the fibs you continue.
If jesus died for our sins, and didn't stay dead.............. What happens now?
Write the answer.
No need to convince me; that question is how the children are beginning to think.
They want the truth

Are you trying to convolute logic based reason with faith (spirit) based wisdom?
Are you willing and able to hear the answer if it is offered?

Please.....
This was a question from another that cannot be answered.
All anyone can do is suggest a scripture and we have the Mee me for that even when he does not realize most everyone in the west has the same material that can be found in any hotel room drawer. Like a preschool child showing colors and shapes.
but the truth is often hard to accept when it contradicts what we are told is true... i.e...... faith/hope are the only answers that can be presented in any defense as reality shares, that nothing said such as the undoing of sins has ever in all of existence occurred.
'What happens now' is that either growth and evolution continues or when the judgment occurs, the liars of faith and hope will be decimated to extinction.
and like I always suggest; each make their own choices!

Re: Jesus: What happens now?
In other words, you are not willing or able to hear the answer. Fair enough, I won't waste my time or yours then.
