I think the flomax helped a lot. Yesterday I was able to eat normally, did fine without any percocet and slept through the night without any pain. I wish they'd given it to me a couple of days earlier.

Still waiting for the YIPEEE I passed the stone when ya catch it in your strainer!

I know someone who made it into a little ring, and another who wears his in his medicine bag...and another who unfortuneately has a collection.

I've preferred not to immortalize mine...

I'm looking forward to catching it, but mainly because that way my doc can analyze it and I'll know what I can do to prevent it. Well, I also want to see what it looks like. They're like snow flakes! Every one is different.

I don't envy you. I hope this comes to pass soon, and as painless as possible.

I'll add my two bits for the cranberry juice. Can't hurt for the future. I also understand watermelon and particularly watermelon seed to be excellent diuretics, but I am wondering if a diuretic is contraindicated? Its one thing to need to pee, its another to be able to pee.

It passed!!!!!!!!!!1111 And just before Chanukah. This is the best present I could ever hope for. It looks like a Calcium Oxalate Monohydrate stone but the labs will know better. Yay!
