Mysticism

What does "Tarot" or "The Fool" have to do with Mysticism?

Re: Mysticism

Sorry, Avinash - it's because I used the sub-heading "Mysticsm, Magick, and Esoteric traditions" - namely, because my impression is that there can be some degree of overlap of interests.

As the Tarot and Archetypes often form an integral part of the Magick tradition, they seemed to suit.

If it's any consolation, as soon as there are enough threads, I can look at separating Magick from Mysticism as a discussion area.

Re: Mysticism

I can understand your considerations, but it feels perhaps somewhat like a Christian finding his/her religion under one heading with Satanism.
Hope we get some Sufi's or mystic Christians aboard sooner or later.

I wonder where they could be hiding.

Re: Mysticism

If you know any, you are welcome to invite them,.

Actually, I know we had one Sufi member post for a bit a while back, but I've not seen them around for a while.

Re: Mysticism

PS - Anyway, apologies for seeming like there's a clash of worlds there - would you like to post up a few things on mysticism? In the meantime while I'm here, I'll see about separating out the two into separate boards.
