New year, new opportunities, new chances, even if we wish so, a new self…. Would like to hear what (if anything) people wish to change for the coming year of 2008..... Serious, non-serious..... Let's hear it...

Hi...Quite some time ago I finally figured out that life is a joke for human beings much of the time. So deciding upon changes in how I approach all of that in the interest of altering anything in the future is the ultimate exercise in the waste of energies and futility as far as I'm concerned.

I expect nothing different in the future other than the same patterns my life has followed for a long time now. So that way there are always surprises good and bad, which, IMHO, is what life is really all about. Dealing with same whenever that is needed is what life is about.

well, Ill be naughty 40 on new years day, so I want lots of presents to start the year with and then I want to win lotto so I dont have towork ever again. but I just want a nice happy comfortable year. Love the Grey

I've met one of my virtual CR friends in the physical world in 2007, me thinks I'll set the intention to meet two in 2008.

lol, that too.

rock hard abs, I've had those, and I guess that would be a good goal for 2008 as well, just not mine.

Well, W is bringing everybody together to come up with a complete solution to the whole Israeli-Palestinian conflict, and is sure he can get it done before he leaves office. So there you go! W's never been wrong before, has he?
