Re: Palin: Round Two

One reason tht Sarah Palin has character is that life in Alaska has taught her what it means to kill. Here in the lower states we con't understand this and even though we speak of animal rights we still condone the horribly cruel way in which animals are kept for slaughter and fed all sorts of antibiotics and everything else. Regardless of what we collectively say, we enjoy our turkey dinner without concern for what has brought it to the table.

Yet when the Palins eat moose or turkey it has been kept and killed in a humane way. Because we see it, we say how horrible killing a turkey for dinner is. When we don't see it, even theough the conditions are horrible, we condone it regardless of the horrors of the conditions we intentionally don't see.

It is the hypocrisy of our way as educated modern Man. I'll stick with Sarah.
