personal messages?

I have noticed that there is no ‘personal message’ [pm] element by the members posts! I find this feature most useful at the other forum I have been too as some things we wish to discuss may be taken offensively & sometimes it is just nice to say hi to people after holidays or whatever.

Ps. Also useful for one to one debates perhaps.

There is a PM mode. I think you can set it up in your user CP. I will PM you right now to see if you get it. BTW, Welcome to CR!

I was able to send it. Look in the upper left corner of the page under where it says "Welcome, _Z_"

yes i got it and thank you - glad to meet! i am just used to seeing it next to the quote box [quite handy there].

Personally, I like to see discussions on the public board, partly because members may find PM's invasive, but also because the public record makes for a fine place for third-party reference.
