God puts nobody in leadership. Ideally 'the people' put individuals in leadership. In the case of JWB he was elected twice by a combination of electoral fraud and denying citizens the right to vote. It has nothing at all to do with God. Leadership in this world is almost invariably taken by the richest/most powerful from a small group of corrupt self-interested groups. If your God deems such individuals worthy then I fear your God is actually Satan.
