Quick count of women and men here
Hi everyone.

I was just wondering what the gender balance was like here on Comparative-Religion, so I thought I'd do a quick informal poll to find out.

Please cast your vote to indicate if you are male or female. (If you are transgendered, please select the gender you self-identify with.)

The results just give us a tally so individual members will maintain their privacy.

I'm male--and voted accordingly in this poll--but it's a well-known fact that I accessorize with jewelry, enjoy flowers, and from time to time, take a nice, hot, relaxing bath.

I don't play with dolls, though.

Hey, flowers are great! There's nothing unmanly about stopping to pick dandelions! And hot baths are the best, especially when you pour scented massage oil into 'em. Speaking of which, I need to go get some more massage oil...

Well, there are 1,816 accounts here on the site, so I think that our sample so far of only 18 people who've responded is not quite representative. But you might be right.

8:10 wouldn't actually be too bad a ratio - especially when you think how much of this site is devoted to covering what some people may regard as overly patriarchal paths.
