Severe Christian Persecution in North Korea

A missionary to North Korea says Christians are serving in that Communist nation, despite daily dangers and hardships, including the threat of death.
Recently, a veteran of more than 100 missions into North Korea reported to the ministry Voice of the Martyrs (VOM) that Christians in North Korea live under constant danger of harassment, arrest, and torture...

Unfortunately it happens alot of places all over the world.

ISTANBUL, November 10 (Compass Direct News) – After eight and a half years in jail on unsubstantiated blasphemy charges, Pakistani Christian Ranjha Masih was acquitted today by the Lahore High Court.
At the end of a two-hour appeal hearing on the case, Presiding Justice Asif Saeed Khan Khausa ruled that the lack of any solid evidence against Masih required him to issue a complete acquittal.

The Voice of the Martyrs
Dor, Turkey is still struggling to be a democratic based society (seperated from religion). Has been since 1924. They've made advances far faster than we did here in this country (in 230 years). So my suggestion is to pray for the Turks. pray like hell...
