Sustainability

Howdy folks!

It seems clear to me that our civilization is in crisis, as the expectation of continuous growth meets the reality of limited resources.

If humanity is to survive we need to rethink the whole value system that underpins our politics and economy.

What do your beliefs tell you (if anything) about sustainability and environmental issues?

Quakers have a testimony to simplicity which I think of as holding that we make sure that what we take from our world has a real meaning to our lives, a value rather than just a cost.

How about you?

peace and blessings,

qj
