With all the herbal remedies I think perhaps you could just float over the freedom spot.
You should come to Egypt for a holiday. When the young guys go to the coffee shop they get coffee, water pipe and spliff of hashish. It's like Amsterdam without the sex shops and prossies. You'd love it.
Okay Tao, you can get off the naughty spot now but don't do it again.

I maybe a stoner... But I am one with taste..... *nods head sharply*

Well you can get all the culture and history you can take in Egypt and all seen through a purple haze LOL. The coffee shops are like the Turkish ones, male only and old guys playing dominoes. They are a cultural treasure in their own right. If you ever want to come just shout and my hubby will be happy to show you the ropes - but if you do he is NOT, I repeat, not allowed to do the purple haze thing, have only just got him out of that habit.

I know of the Turk's shops. Honestly this sounds sweet.. There is so much to see and learn in Egypt... Truly amazing.... The only thing I will need to bring is hand wipes.... For touching the money... I know people that got seriously ill from touching money then eating with hands or whatever doing things with hands... passing on some crazy bugs lol.... If we met, I couldn't take your husband to a coffee shop! If he has just kicked the habit, it would be a big temptation to say "only one." So in Egypt it is legal to smoke in certain areas?

Seriously, you are welcome to visit when I get back. It won't be anything posh, we live in a very poor town but honestly the people just blow your mind they are so great. We can hire a car and have a day out at the pyramids etc. You are welcome to bring a friend, it really is a cultural education. If you want to come sometime let me know and I'll tell you the cheapest airline etc. It wouldn't be action packed but if you are interested in culture it is certainly one place that should be visited. Also if you are adventurous and want to go off on the train, you can just use our flat as a base.
Oh no, it is illegal to smoke but that doesn't stop anyone. Most of the stuff the guys buy from the police. It is a very corrupt system. As for the hubby I know he smokes his head off at wedding parties etc, when I am not there to nag. I dont mind if it is social but it used to be a serious habit. He speaks excellent English and is a similar age to you, so I imagine you would have a great trip.
Hand wipes are a good idea, hygiene is not high on the agenda here (teeth brushing and hand washing before eating), although in other ways they are cleaner than us.

Re: The Gallery...
17th,
Despite your help in pointing me in the direction of the right software I have had no success. Yeh yeh ... laugh at my technological stupidity. Since I can not manage to do it myself I wonder if you would be so kind to help me get what I have really wanted for a long long time. That is an avatar of a horses head with a mane of fire. I have searched many avatar sites looking for one without success and so I grovel humbly for your help. Grovel grovel. Seriously I would be very grateful.
Regards
Tao

Hi Tao
Know it's not quite what you are looking for but maybe you can do something with it?
http://spirit.dos.uci.edu/aisa/Spiri...eDarker550.gif
Or this would be good if you could add the fire to the mane

lol, well i searched lots and lots of sites offering avatars on many occasions but never found a quite what I was after. I think I did find the first one, and several other similar ones a year or 2 back but not really what I was after. The 2nd image would fit well with the kind of artwork 17th has been posting and with the kind of image I'm after.

As you can see i'm already using the 2nd image. And I love it, not sure it needs any doctoring. I always thought horses such noble creatures that have a quiet air of wisdom. Well until someone climbs on them and spoils the effect.
