Ultimate truth = God
Peace be upon you
I chose this phrase from a book
...
Yet each of the phenomena of this world which possesses the reality that we
discover as conscious and perceiving human beings loses its reality sooner or
later and becomes nonexistent.
From this fact itself it is evident that the visible world and its parts are not the essence of reality (which can never be obliterated or destroyed). Rather, they rely upon a permanent Reality through which they gain reality and by means of which they enter into existence. As long as they are connected and attached to it they possess existence and as soon as they are cut off from it they become nonexistent.
We call this Immutable Reality, which is imperishable (that is, the Necessary Being), God
...

Without female male would not exist. Everything below the highest cannot exist if the highest were to cease to exist. Its not about just GOD but about IT. The original hebrew said Creator(s) referring to one male and one female that even though two were also one as well , as well as being three. This ones name is JEHOVAH. Its a very complex being and how humans were before the fall so marriage is needed for infinite life for salvation. So god alone isnt the ultimate reality its god and goddess.

The ultimate truth can't be more than one. it's boundaries that bring multiplicity. The ultimate truth doesn't have any limit or boundary so it can't be more than one.
Ultimate truth is out of any limit so it is in every reality yet it is not confined in their limits.

Manifestation rests on duality that we might find oneness... all is the play of opposites, leading us to recognition of that which is beyond them all. Jehovah is not even a name in the Bible, but Elohim means deity or divinity and occurs over 2500 times. It is interesting that this directly means "pure life", but you can read about it here.
Jehovah is an Anglicization of YHWH, which just means "I am that I am", this has interesting significances, and I might suggest you read some about Ramana Maharshi and his self-inquiry technique for a quite successful related technique. Kabalists practice this same technique, but in the West it is quite unknown - Kabalists are Jewish mystics, Ramana is a Hindu mystic, so there are differences in names used, names are irrelevant when discussing the nameless though.
You may protest when I say "the nameless", but I would suggest you read the passage where Moses asks who he should say sent him. God doesn't answer with a name, he essentially says he is the whole, existence itself. Even if you reject this, please understand it is certainly NOT Jehovah.
EDIT: List of Gods in the Bible, just for fun.

This statement seems oriented in theory.
Does this remain theory for you?

JEHOVAH is the english translated from the hebrew for the Creator(s). The hebrew text has this name which is singular and plural at the same time. It is he name of it.

You are simply wrong, I'm sorry.
Yehweh is what Jehovah has come from, whereas you are talking about Elohim here. Jehovah is not derived from Elohim at all, yet Elohim is the Jewish name of God. Still I say neither are the Ultimate Reality, they are at best similar to Ishwara in the Advaita school - a name which means Lord, yet is a personality and thus has attributes. God must transcend all attributes, else he is limited.

Yahweh is a phrase not a name meaning I AM. The name really is JEHOVAH. Elohim is the male term Eloher the female term. God and Goddess. The name for the whole entity is JEHOVAH which is they jews say the name is sooooo sacred. I am correct.

Re: Ultimate truth = God
We think "Yahwah" and "Elohim" are the words used... please note (and Bannanabrain, correct me if I am wrong) that the original was written without vowels, which were only added later. The vowels are for "adonai" which prompted the reeader to use that term (lord or master) instead of the "unpronounceable" YHWH.

the original were written without vowels but the vowels were still there for pronunciation. The vowels are the 5th element . The O in the name is the center and the E and A are that element going to the left and the right of that. Understand.

Re: Ultimate truth = God
all this sounds very exclusive, i mean who needs the truth, let alone the ultimate truth. and why must there be one ultimate truth anyway, why cant there be 3 or 10 ?
in the meantime eat, shit and chop wood.

Re: Ultimate truth = God
NCOT, forgive me, I dunno understand the context. If you are replying to kenshin, more power to ya. "One ultimate truth" like "military intelligence" or "jumbo shrimp" is just a phrase.
If there is one (I doubt it), we (by definition, given Godel and Heisenberg and whatever kind of relativity that floats your boat) can never know it.

yes something like that, its like in Lord of The Rings
Quote:
One for the Dark Lord on his dark throne,
In the Land of Mordor where the Shadows lie.
One Ring to rule them all, One Ring to find them,
One Ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind them
In the Land of Mordor where the Shadows lie.

That would be a platinum ring with the stone in the middle being the platinum gem. That doesnt bind anyone but frees them. That evil ring has no power over it.
