I'm not sure exactly what you are intimating.
Do we agree that there are two decidedly different potentials here?
There is analyzing, solving problems yourself, utilizing your superior skills to work things out, or ascertain the answer you desire....that would be ego based.
And then there is looking inside yourself, accessing your higher self, your connection to all knowledge, the ethers, spirit, G!d. Which is a surrendering of the ego control and utilizing prayer, meditation, contemplation whatever you wish to call it.

Yes, yes, that's what I was kinda getting at. Explore all avenues, all possibilities till you found something. Play the game.
Thanks for shoring up that hull, wil!

Wonderful invite Paladin. I know folks from central Kansas commonly go to "the Springs" for vacation. I haven't actually been to Colorado in 30 years but if I ever get out there, I'd love to drop in. Similarly if you're ever in the vacation paradise known as central Kansas do drop in. Now, 17th, dancing naked in front of your pets? You do have some strange proclivities. earl

Once again time for one of my favorite poems:
Poem – The centipede
by Mrs Edmund Craster (d. 1874)
A centipede was happy quite,
Until a toad in fun
Said ‘Pray which leg moves after which ?
This raised her doubts to such a pitch
She fell exhausted in a ditch,
Not knowing how to run.
While lying in this plight,
A ray of sunshine caught her sight;
She dwelt upon its beauties long,
Till breaking into happy song,
Unthinking she began to run,
And quite forgot the croakers fun.

And how did she feel after the frog ate her?
