What is Jesus' message?

I'm interested in knowing from a Muslim viewpoint what Jesus' message is. I mean, for the most part, Muslims believe that the message of Jesus was lost or at best, distorted from the early church until the time of Mohammed. But is there anything in the New Testament that Jesus said that has been preserved? What does the Qu'ran say Jesus' message is? Is any of Jesus' message relavant today?
