Re: Which animal are you?
I have a friend who was a consegrity (sp?) healer and she lived in Hawaii for a while on their commune and they used to go out and swim with dolphins. She said that dolphins are a higher life form and are just pure positive energy. She said being in the middle of them was amazing.

Owls are great. I have a cool owl (not piggy) bank that I've had since I was a wee lad. Green and blue feathers, straight out of the 70's. I feel close to owls in a vague sort of way. They're fairly evasive creatures. Some cultures associate them with illness and evil, others with wisdom. They eat mice and other small critters and cough (or puke) up their bones and other undigestible parts. These are called owl pellets.
Okay now I get to find out what aminal I am. I hope I am a dolphin crossed with an owl. An owlphin. Or a Dolphowl.
I will report back with my results.

Re: Which animal are you?
Well, I had three to choose from. Three!!! Porcupine. Not really me, although some of it jived, and I would like to have the quills for a day or a week. Wild Cat--that's me to a T! And then the damn thing told me:
"But you may also be a Shrew personality."
And then, "Think Tammy Faye Baker."
I'm insulted.
More accurate:
The wildcat differs from its lion relatives in its approach to its social structure. With an aversion to the complex family organization of the lion, the wildcat finds freedom and self-indulgence to be far more compelling. So as a natural explorer, it disdains staying in one place for long, preferring the freedom of solitary roaming. in exotic locales. This wanderlust makes it ideal for a career as a travel agent, explorer, mountain climber, researcher or writer.
It's difficult to really know cats. Although they make little attempt to disguise their emotions, their communication style is somewhat abstract. They readily display their disgust and boredom as it stalk off to spend solitary time sulking. Usually however, they return to the place that offers them security and creature comforts. Close alliances are formed with others that share their eremitic and wandering ways. Horse and deer, and tiger personalities are good candidates as soul mates, while gorillas provide them with much appreciated security.

Re: Which animal are you?
Here's me (well the bits I'm prepared to publish!)
Otters are petite, engaging creatures overflowing with positive energy. Intelligent and bright, they are also popular and eminently lovable and displaying the highly developed social skills that typify the small carnivores. So, otters mix easily with a wide range of animal personalities.
Lazy? Let's just say easily distracted. For life has so many diversions for the otter, that whether it's playing a computer game, reading a book, or doing a crossword puzzle, it's impossible to predict how it will fill it's day. But when an otter gets focused on a problem, it's keen intelligence rises to the challenge and it will not give up until the nut is cracked. Otters feel entitled to the good things in life and a general sense of well being gives them the confidence to not have to save for the future. A lover who wants to impress an otter should know that otters love to eat out and have a predictable penchant for sushi.
Although intelligent and witty, otters have a tendency to suffer from self-doubt, and fear of failure can prevent them from living up to their true potential. Still, they are a great problem solvers, with the ability to spend endless hours on abstract or practical challenges.

Re: Which animal are you?
Despite the self knowledge that encouraged me to utilize a fish avatar for CR, the quiz said that I was either a GORILLA or a FOX...but that I might also be a PENGUIN.
Please pass the banana stuffed chicken and don't include the anchovy garnee'.
I'll just keep telling myself.."it's only a quiz...it's only a quiz...it's only a quiz."
I've said it before and I'll say it again..."Repetition will be the downfall of Western Civilization".
And Snoop...I'd say offhand that the above description suits you to a tee. Now I'll know what I'm really seeing when I visit Monterey Bay and see you floating on your back and cracking open an Abalone.
flow....
