Okinawa . . . a part of Japan. Japan doesn't have much land for farming or agriculture. So they eat a lot of fish, and fish is often rich in a fatty acid called Omega 3. Omega 3 increases metabolism and reduces triglyceride levels in the blood. Reduces risk of heart disease.
I guess we're going to have to catch more fish.
