So what do you make of the results? At least it gives you a polytheism in first place!
To my knowledge until Iomharr showed up I am not aware that I had any knowledge of of Asatruar. Well vague knowledge of Thor but not that there was any in practice today.

Then in the paper I read about a fellow in prison who in requesting freedom to practice his religion needed some items, like a sledge, and sword and other items equally unacceptable to the prison authority. He evidently indicated he would accept it if they would allow him to make them out of cardboard to proceed with his rituals.

Now truth be known if this wasn't recently brought to my attention I guess I would have overlooked the article and still had no apparent knowledge.

I also would like to know what you thought of the results.

Re: Your beliefs: what are they REALLY?

Okay, since I'm new here and haven't taken one of these things for a long time...

1. Unitarian Universalism (100%) 2. Neo-Pagan (94%) 3. New Age (92%) 4. Liberal Quakers (90%) 5. Mahayana Buddhism (86%) 6. Mainline to Liberal Christian Protestants (79%) 7. Theravada Buddhism (76%) 8. New Thought (73%) 9. Secular Humanism (73%) 10. Taoism (70%) 11. Scientology (69%) 12. Reform Judaism (67%) 13. Hinduism (63%) 14. Jainism (61%) 15. Sikhism (59%) 16. Christian Science (Church of Christ, Scientist) (58%) 17. Orthodox Quaker (54%) 18. Bahá'í Faith (52%) 19. Nontheist (40%) 20. Orthodox Judaism (33%) 21. Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (Mormons) (29%) 22. Mainline to Conservative Christian/Protestant (28%) 23. Islam (27%) 24. Seventh Day Adventist (25%) 25. Jehovah's Witness (16%) 26. Eastern Orthodox (16%) 27. Roman Catholic (16%)

The top two don't surprise me at all, but I'm kind of surprised that Reform Judaism is so low on the list. And what REALLY surprises me is that Scientology is actually two points higher than Reform Judaism. In fact, that has to be a mistake.

Re: Your beliefs: what are they REALLY?

Been a while since I took one of these tests, too. I don't think I've posted results in this thread before, but if I have, well I'm sure no one will object. I imagine I've changed some from last time I took a belief-o-matic thingy.

Hey, I'm Neo-Pagan!! I thought for sure I was going to be pegged as UU, since UU-ism is so inclusive and since everybody else seems to fall in that category (because it is just so damn inclusive). Course, I'm a 2nd-degree UU, 3rd place New Age, and 4th place Mahayana. I guess that all makes sense to me, even the 5th layer of Quakerageness.

Here's me full results:

1. Neo-Pagan (100%) 2. Unitarian Universalism (92%) 3. New Age (84%) 4. Mahayana Buddhism (81%) 5. Liberal Quakers (79%) 6. Theravada Buddhism (72%) 7. Secular Humanism (70%) 8. Mainline to Liberal Christian Protestants (69%) 9. Jainism (60%) 10. Taoism (60%) 11. Reform Judaism (57%) 12. Hinduism (53%) 13. Sikhism (51%) 14. New Thought (49%) 15. Orthodox Quaker (48%) 16. Scientology (44%) 17. Bahá'í Faith (38%) 18. Nontheist (37%) 19. Christian Science (Church of Christ, Scientist) (34%) 20. Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (Mormons) (26%) 21. Orthodox Judaism (25%) 22. Seventh Day Adventist (21%) 23. Mainline to Conservative Christian/Protestant (19%) 24. Eastern Orthodox (16%) 25. Islam (16%) 26. Roman Catholic (16%) 27. Jehovah's Witness (14%) Looks like I won't be knocking on anyone's door anytime soon.

I don't even know what Sikhism is? Some of those questions were tricky.

This is a decent quiz but I think it should allow for contradictory perspectives on more of the questions. A lot of my perspectives couldn't be expressed very well and so I was forced to limit them.
