The sceptics do have mountains of stuff but i find very little of it holds any sway. And I never forget these guys are making good money on the back of it.

Re: YOUR favourite conspiracy theory!!

Ok hows this...two unrelated or are they?

The 3,000 9/11 victims families averaged over one million dollars each in a gov't payout....Q can clue you in as to what the over 3,000 soldiers families get for their service...

Some opiate drug manufacturer convinces the FDA that their drug is safe and non addictive...it kills 318 people and addicts thousands and tons of side affects....they settle for 600 million 417 million going to the Federal Gov't and 135 million set aside for victims and victim families (and the lawyers) for lawsuit settlements..

Question....why does the Government get 417 million for approving a drug that was so dangerous? Oh and the penalty was less than 10% to the company...a settlement outta court...cost of doing business, next!

Re: YOUR favourite conspiracy theory!!

Interesting very interesting...

I don't know much about that stuff. There are a lot of drugs allowed in the states that aren't in Canada... yet.

Re: YOUR favourite conspiracy theory!!

The settlement I'm referring to is the Oxycontin/Purdue case...I'm sure you guys got that as I think down here in the US we try to buy it through Canada!

It's hillarious, the states are already saying how they are going to use their windfall in this settlement to cover unrelated budget shortfalls...since the money is not earmarked in any way, shape or form.

This is the new tax...feds and states taking a cut of settlements for their own use...gotta love it.

Re: YOUR favourite conspiracy theory!!

We do have oxycontin here. But what you say is funny becuase there is lots of talk on the news about Candadian Kids running into trouble and dying becuase they buy drugs online from the states.
