But I thought she was on Hiatus?!!!!

Hmmm, guess I'd better get my head out of my a-oh backside.

Thanks guys Im glad to be back! I just spent the last week on a 2700 mile roadtrip from Washington to Texas with 4 sick people in the car. Pretty rough but I saw so many beautiful sites that I was continously praising our Lord for everything that was created by him for him. Amen.

Here is an interesting thing that I learned on my trip that I would like to share.

Mat 4:1 Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil.

Mat 4:2 And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was afterward an hungred.

Mat 4:3 And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread.

Mat 4:4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

Mat 4:5 Then the devil taketh him up into the holy city, and setteth him on a pinnacle of the temple,

Mat 4:6 And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone.

Mat 4:7 Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.

Satan was tempting Jesus and What did Jesus tell him? Thou shall not tempt the Lord thy God.. Glory to God!

that is my kind of road trip. miles and miles and miles of open road.

this is no joke...one time during a very strong spirit of temptation (not a little tiny one) a big overwhelming one...
i stopped and looked satan right in the face and said "Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God" and I said it a few times along with the name of Jesus, and the presence of the Lord was there with warmth and love and satan cannot stick around. right afterward
i started laughing with joy at how easy it was to get rid of him when we have God on our side:)

Nice to see you back, Faithfulservant - I did actually miss you, and glad to see you back. :)
