I don't think money is the issue.... Like, really how much could it possibly cost to draw a frame? I think as you mentioned later in your post... Laziness They just couldn't be arsed to draw so much detail..... And if you look at it, it follows the pattern, like, sure I admit they are quite cool drawings... But there isn't exactly much effort and detail in the faces and what not... They love cutting their corners Then on certain parts they may give quite a bit of detail to draw your eye from the corner cutting....
Yeah, I want anime eyes... and hair... I wants blue hair... why do they get to be born with blue hair all the time... meanies...lol. The first ones had hella limited budgets. And then it just kinda became a stylistic thing, yano. I likes it! (-_^)

I'm workin' on it 17th! My learning project painting is slowly progressing. I'm still trying to learn Artweaver, and how to control my paint brush strokes with a mouse. (It's really hard!) I have plans to get a graphics tablet after I learn how to manage it with a mouse.
I'd love a Graphics tab.. (the pad you use a "pen" on and are able to draw and create?) Glad to hear someone else is working on joining in!! Really look forward to seeing what you come up with!!!
