Quick intro on myself i was born a catholic but recently started to dabble in other religious paths. recently started my journey about a few months ago and decided to continue to see where it leads. I just started to find Inner Peace and so far its a cool feeling. :)

Trying to find a place or religion that i can fit in and be myself with. Not asking for much is it? LOL I'm still learning.

for some they are accepting and embracing of what they were born into...for others they seek and find a space...for others it is a lifetime quest...

Hi, Swordswomen, and welcome to the Forum.

I, too, used to be a Catholic. I even went to a Catholic high school. However, that faith did not work for me. The day I graduated from high school was the day I quit the Catholic church.

I suppose you are looking for something new, because you have come across inconsistencies in your own belief sytem. Please feel free to point out any inconsistencies you have come across. This is the perfect place for such kinds of discussions.

I guess ya could say kinda looking for something new. I just can't see myself sitting in church every week i mean i do believe in god and i do like some catholic traditions but just got turned off by it over the years i guess if that makes sense.

gday there swordswoman, I too am a catholic. in the loosest term of the word. Schooled in primary and High a catholic school, taught by nuns etc. I supposed I had more questions, than they had answers. so, yess Im still looking too. Every now and then Ill throw a question out there and thanks to the really good folk onCr I get lots of answers and opinions. The replies are as varied and interesting as all the guys here and Im sure they will be a good sounding board for any of your queries. I look forward to reading your questions and responses. love the Grey

I, too, went to a Catholic high school. As a matter of fact it was a Catholic priest who taught me about the Double Creation story (the idea that the Bible says humanity was created twice)! He taught it to us in religion class!

thanks Nick the pilot :) just had a setback but i am starting to get back into my journey i was at peace i did like that feeling looking to find it again. anyone familiar with the course of miracles here that is what i started getting into some.

well my family is very religious and believe in going to church every sunday that is just not me i am searching for something just not sure what. thanks for the welcome cool avatar there 17th angel :D

It seems like every time i get ahead or in the right direction someone always tries to screw things up i like to think i am heading in the right direction.

nagging questions hey lol wonder why people are so jealous when there really is no reason to be? some of my questions are getting answers truth is coming out but seems like people are jealous for the wrong reasons . I don't get it

Right now i am trying to get back to religion some got alittle personal issues dealing with too at the moment.

I was on the right path with the course of miracles trying to get back into this without interruptions i was on the right path until i got sidetracked now i am figuring out where i left off. if that makes sense:rolleyes:
