New profile posts

Hi everyone here.
New on the block.
I am here to learn, I have always been a seeker of the truth, wanting to understand why I exist and to what purpose.
And my mind is open to all narratives, the hard task will be discerning the truth from so much.

Yes .. being too rigid, cannot be good for us. We cannot expect to be right all the time.
We are also in danger of missing the whole point of faith, in the dismissal of others.

Coming back once in a blue moon to check out the forum again. Hi, everyone, may you be well!
Leveller - Conversation is going to be difficult if you attempt to conduct it on two different fronts.
Hello RabbiO. To be honest I was not attempting conversation. As far as I am concerned, I got jumped on, not for the first time, and I hit back. I would say the matter is over and no hard feelings.
Your last comment was dead right Ella. I swallowed my pride once and came back and just got a smack in the face. Take care and be lucky.
This forum's quality dropped a lot since I first joined.
I’m open - and I assume management is open - to any suggestions you might have to improve the forum.
It's just entropy, perfectly natural for all things temporal, so now worries.

Hi Badger, it is always a pleasure for me to meet someone with a history in common. I would be very happy to chat more but I think it would be wrong to use the Islam section any further for this. If you like we could contribute to a 'Newham' post in the Lounge or I would be happy to supply my email. I had a lot of friends who were very active in Forest Gate late 60s.

Yes, of course, although I won't be able to offer very much from a two year stay there, over 50 years back. :) But I would support a thread in the lounge, yes. :)
