Can't get to your e-mail webpage or to the Firefox webpage? Are you using Thunderbird, or just your browser? Have you tried accessing your e-mail with another browser?

got to mozilla.org but not .com to get to Thunderbird. Thunderbird "fires" up - I sent a test email OK but now it won't "appear" in the inbox even though it said it had downloaded the message. I use Firefox as my browser (and no prob - obviously!)

how do I access my email with another browser?

Close firefox, open Internet Explorer, and punch in the url to your mail host. Sign in with your user name and password. See what's there. It could be a problem with your mail host.
