In religious texts numbers refer to something other than how long your body has been on earth. Say something happens like a white light, some sort of miraculous seal opening then sealed back down that starts at day 1 and yes I am using a movie as a reference like in the 5th element when the body was reconstructed. So at that point the person is like a newborn again. So when mary married joseph was it when she was 12 after a miracle of this sort but not actually 12 years on earth at the time?

There is no "religious text" saying that Mary was 12 at the time. That age has been suggested as a typical age for the period for a woman to be "betrothed" (that is, as soon as she is menstruating it is time to settle the question of who she's going to marry, a matter always settled by family agreements without any consultation of the girl in those days). It was not typical for the betrothed girl to immediately turn up pregnant (the marriage and its consummation would be delayed somewhat), hence the passage in the gospel about how that would be a scandal, and Joseph was being kindly in "not wanting her to be made a public example".
