I think we all know the chinese proverb about the man and his boy and his horse....
And we all have stories of what we perceived as evil in hindsight wasn't so bad.
So a friend of mine was at a convention where a certain political candidate got booed during a speech.
And after the speech a reporter cornered my friend for commentary...
And the reporter edited and took out of context and painted my friend in a not particularly good light
Well members of the organization weren't happy and much explaining needed to be done to make things right.
And then a national radio host ran with the story and went on a rant.
And then scathing and nasty emails came in.
And then my friend got a call from a major news network to be a correspondent on a short term assignment for another convention....a short six figure gig....
ya never know how that ball bounces....
