Excuse my ignorance. I know people have been telling me that Prabupada has the best translations in the Vedic literature and teachings. That basically everything in the Gita As It Is is basically the most truthful and direct translation. Now i have learned a lot from Praphupada from "The Science of Self Realization" but I know there's also tort teachers of Vaishnava but sometimes I kind of want to get the other viewpoints of other teachers.

Also, I love Prabhupada's teachings but I have to admit sometimes he can come out pretty harsh in his dialogue. I mean I respect him no matter what, but I want to get other viewpoints but from teachers that don't try to misintrepet words from the Vedic literature and translate them the way they're written.

Can anyone recommend me a spiritual teacher that fits that quality?

Although I am no great Gita fan like many, there have been lots of translations, of which Prabhupada's is just one. Aupmanyav has given two, and a search will get you many more. However, no translation is ever really fair, as it has to go through the mind of somebody. To proclaim 'As it Is' is misleading as It is in Sanskrt.
