Another Media "Star" Passed

Winnie Mandela passed away at the tender age of 81 after a long illness.

"Who?" you ask?

You might remember her late ex-husband: Nelson Mandela.

Soon-Tek Oh passed away Wednesday after a long battle with Alzheimer's at the tender age of 85.

"Who?" you ask?

He was a Korean-born naturalized American actor who started an Asian/Asian-American acting company as well as performed in several movies and television shows. He also returned to Korea to teach acting to prospective talents, returning to the United States when his health started really deteriorating.

I heard he got that role by filming himself getting pelted with oranges and not missing a single word in the reading of the lines.

RIP Judge Stone... Well you may have known him as Judge Stone from Night Court...but me and my friends knew him as Harry Anderson, a wonderful comic magician before he got that gig and "made the big time" ... he would still do workshops, stopping into magic stores as he traveled.
