Nooo! (In a Wookie’s roar accent). I met him twice at comic conventions, six years apart. Knew my name the second time as I walked up to the table and I wasn’t wearing a name tag. Very kind man.

Doris Mary Ann Kappelhoff passed away at the tender age of 97.

"Who?" you ask?

Doris Day, actress and animal rights activist (unaffiliated with PETA afaik) who opened a wildlife sanctuary that is still open/running for abused and neglected animals that cannot be released into their native habitats for one reason or another. The deejay on my radio just played a clip of one of Tim Conway's stand-up routines (one about airline travel.)

While sitcom outtakes are popular fodder periodically... The only comedian who repeatedly cracked up his costars in such a way that the bits aired as is.

I grew up in the carol Burnett show and still watch and laugh at the reruns!

Austin Eubanks passed away at the tender age of 37.

"Who?" you ask?

He was a survivor of the (in)famous Columbine massacre, suffering a gunshot wound to his hand and a leg. He lost his best friend, too, at the time (the other young man died in his arms.)

The injuries and subsequent prescription pain killers led to an addiction, treatment, and advocacy for alternatives to addictive pain treatments. Here's his obituary: https://news.yahoo.com/columbine-school-shooting-survivor-found-dead-home-233854935.html

Bryan Bartlett Starr passed away at the tender age of 85 after a prolonged illness.

"Who?" you ask?

Bart Starr, one of the most beloved/respected members of the Green Bay Packers. He, along with the Packers, won five NFL championships, including the one during what was referred to as the Ice Bowl, when it was so cold in Green Bay during the game that the beer nearly froze. Here's more about Bart Starr: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bart_Starr

My juggler, mime, magician, standup, street performer and sideshow friends for over four decades have benefited from this musician that has hire them as his opening act. All have enjoyed it, all have had stories to tell, none have had a bad thing to say about him.

Leon Redbone will be missed.

I always put him and redbone in a similar basket...this reminds me of the 93 year old lady that dies and her husband goes a week later...

If there is a rock and roll heaven, the must have a helluva band.

But if hell is real, the music would be heavenly! (As the devil has signed most of musicians)
