That's not a bad thing, in say a fictional novel or such...I think it would be an occupational hazard among religious disciplines however to have "commoners" supplying their own meanings to divine texts, heaven forbid!Perhaps concise wording leaves things unspecified and allows the reader to insert their own meaning into things.
