Corrupt ambassadors of God will be punished a thousand fold

The religions that cover their crimes should be punished by a God that gives a crap...why wait for eternity? Eternity is safe, people on earth need to be protected from the unscrupulous
Making assumption that God should see the world through our own eyes is like someone who has sight viewing the world through eyes of a blind man. Totally useless. Condemning the world from a limited perspective is only partially effective

The world can only be as it does, whatever the world does is whatever the world is within the time and space of existence.

And this is God's job? Should he punish the crooked lawyers and politicians too? God should punish drug dealers? A proper God would prevent war? And cancer. And poverty.

The notion that God punishes based on circumstances that may happen to someone is not true. I'm thinking about the book of Job where God allowed Satan to strike Job and his family down. It seems to be more of a contest that Job will remain faithful to God under very difficult circumstances and loss.

Bad things were happening to Job and his family, Job's council of friends rebuked Job for not seeking God's forgiveness so these horrible things happening to Job would end. Job did nothing to offend God, however, bad things happened to him.

My point is, as humans we cannot fathom the works of God, nor can we determined how life, death, good, evil and/or circumstances impact life as we know it to be.

I just cope to the best of my ability.

Just as a point of information, there is no character in Job named Satan. There is an angel who is not named, but who is referred to by the angel's job title -השטן - ha-satan - the satan - the adversary.

Are these statements incongruent or are you not human?

השטן - ha-satan - the satan - the adversary.
Rab, do you know how many times Satan is mentioned vs Ha Satan...

Maybe fodder for a new thread? Would also be interested in your commentary on gehenna
