Is anyone seriously surprised that the diets that we (humans) grew up with, evolved with are healthier than the diets of the industrial age.

I think it is easy to see natural diets, which involve less man involved influence will be better for ya?

Basically take it from nature and eat it.

Processed food means anything man-ipulated is likely to be less beneficial...

Today that means gmos, farmed meats (chicken, pork, beef, fish, crickets) are to be reduced or avoided.

Cereals, breads, cakes, cookies...pesticide and herbicide laden, fertilized fruits and vegetables.

I think on a gut level (not a pun, a reality) we all know this.

If you don't, ask your gut, ask your body what I'd good for you. Before every meal this week do a self assessment. How do you feel (other than hungry? Ps if you ain't hungry why are you eating?) How is your stomach, your mood, your energy, your attitude, any aches or pains, thinking clearly, tired, hopeful, graeatful?

After eating repeat same questions...noticeable improvement in most categories, any negatives? Make a chart, check boxes, 1-10, each question...

Then list the foods you ate....track your own results.
