Yeah, the Penguin King! I was playing my nephew, and I am now minimally trained in the use of Doctor Mario and some others, including Jiggly Puff. (using the older kind of controllers The new wand things don't work as well for SSMB.) Actually, the most powerful character may be Princess Peach.
Its actually a Pokemon, but on the game Super Smash Bros. (Nintendo) its a happy litte pink puff that floats, sings people to sleep, punches and kicks.
