Interesting to hear about this from a friend today - the Transition Network is a community run scheme operating across a number of towns across the UK to prepare them for economic and environmental crisis, not least through Peak Oil and Global Warming.
Interesting to see the town next door, Forres, down on the list - though not entirely surprising with Findhorn close by.
