I've been meaning to update it for a while.

Essentially, section 1 - Posting Ethic - forbade members from making critical comments of other religious beliefs, practices, faiths or paths, etc.

Experience has shown that this was not desirable without potentially harming the spirit of interfaith community. Disagreement can often be a source of good discussion.

Therefore this section has been updated, to effectively discourage disrespect, rather than seek to constrain the expression of already constructive memberships.

1 – POSTING ETHIC

We ask that members respect the diverse nature of people and opinions represented in the forum. However, due to the fact that this is a place for all faiths, paths, and ultimately opinions, it is inevitable that disagreement may result.

Where you feel to disagree strongly we recommend you consider against posting in the heat of the moment. Instead take a break from it - sleep on it - and come back to the issue calm and refreshed.

If you feel a post is offensive then simply report it using the report button on each message.

Please *do* also allow administrator and moderators only to deal with disruptive members.

Also, I've updated section 2 to disallow the posting of graphic imagery or literature of a violent or sexual material - and reminded people that this is a family friendly viewing site, so we need to keep adult talk toned down as necessary. :)
