Attack on mosque in Peshawar, Pakistan

Today during Friday Prayer, there was a suicide bomber attack on a mosque in Peshawar, Pakistan.

Two armed suicide bombers fought their way into the mosque, where people were praying at the time, and detonated their bombs, murdering 56 people and injuring 150. The region has witnessed similar attacks in the past years.

I'm horrified, and feel powerless beyond stating my solidarity with the victims, the families, and the bereaved.

Yes .. it is horrific.
Unfortunately, Putin (yet again) is causing great hostility between Muslims over Syria and Yemen.

This was a senseless act of violence. None of the victims deserved this. I hope the mosque is able to rebuild and help its community through such a massive collective tragedy.
