3- Impulse control
4- Time blindness
5- Emotional dysregulation
6- Difficulty initiating action
7- Problems with working memory
8- Hyperfocus
9- Organization/Executive function deficits
10- Rejection sensitivity/dysphoria
11- Dysregulation of energy levels
12- Sensory overwhelm and overload

This video does a decent job of describing the subjective experience of these symptoms, explaining what it is like, not necessarily explaining exactly what causes it though it is generally understood to be neurological in nature.

Some of these go beyond the regular DSM-5 diagnostic criteria.
According to some there is an overlap with autism spectrum disorder. (see the comment section, I've read it elsewhere too)
