Gardener's Special Platter from Gooseberry Patch cookbook/Lisa Miller
I guess Gooseberry Patch was just the name of the cookbook. For some reason, I thought the vegetable platter was going to have a gooseberry sauce or glaze. That might be tasty.😋

EDIT: I guess gooseberry plants are illegal in some states in the US to protect local ecosytems, because the plants can carry some kind of pine blight

EDIT: I guess gooseberry sauce is usually used for "oily fish" like mackerel🐟
