..The word angel means messenger........... and the bible book of revelation speaks of an angel in midheaven declaring everlasting good news ............ And I saw another angel flying in midheaven, and he had everlasting good news to declare as glad tidings to those who dwell on the earth, and to every nation and tribe and tongue and people............ revelation 14;6 so it seems that some angels have remained faithful to God and are working in harmony with Gods purpose , they are in unity with God , but the bible also tells us that there are angels who are doing the works of the opposer of God (satan the devil) so there are good angels around and there are bad angels around . in the future ,angels will execute Gods adverse judgement.Jesus will come with his powerful angels as he brings vengence for not obeying the good news... 2 thessalonians1;7-8.. so the question is do we obey the good news or do we not?



(Mark 13:10) Also, in all the nations the good news has to be preached first................ considering that the whole world is in the power of the wicked one at the momment (1 John 5;19) we can understand why there is great opposition to the kingdom good news, but as matthew 24;14 tells us ,it is ..... for a witness ......to the nations ,it is serving a purpose
(Matthew 24:14) And this good news of the kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations; and then the end will come



 
However, when the dawn ascended, then the angels became urgent with Lot, saying: "Get up! Take your wife and your two daughters who are found here, for fear you may be swept away in the error of the city!" When he kept lingering, then in the compassion of Jehovah upon him, the men seized hold of his hand and of the hand of his wife and of the hands of his two daughters and they proceeded to bring him out and to station him outside the city. GENESIS 19;15-16.............angels do all sorts of work for Jehovah

hmmm i dont know about that ,but the bible does say,
Angels have also been sent to protect God’s people: "The angel of Jehovah is camping all around those fearing him, and he rescues them." (Psalm 34:7)

(Psalm 91:11) For he will give his own angels a command concerning you, To guard you in all your ways........... so i think that his people as a whole ,would have protection

God has also used angels to annihilate the enemies of his people.

When the Assyrian World Power threatened God’s ancient worshipers, the following took place: It came about on that night that the angel of Jehovah proceeded to go out and strike down a hundred and eighty-five thousand in the camp of the Assyrians. When people rose up early in the morning, why, there all of them were dead carcasses. (2 Kings 19:35) You can see the great power of angels—it took only one angel to execute 185,000 opposers of God and his people!:eek:
