Site downtime

Apologies for the site downtime this afternoon - I made a full backup of the forum database, but it turns out that doing so puts such a big strain on the server that the site was unable to load for the hour and a half while the backup was downloaded.

So if you tried to access the site and couldn't, don't worry, it wasn't your ISP this time.

Also, my apologies for any inconvenience it may have caused.

Very well. That explains a little hitch in the get along on one of the threads in Christianity. I'll clean it up and send the author a note.
