What a Long Strange Trip it's Been

(not even Yosemite, Redwoods, Sequoia, Mohave, Lassen National Parks)
Although those are some worthy spots too to make you appreciate the beautify of California.

LA and San Francisco are not my idea of California... Now if you were to spend some time in Tahoe, Mammoth, Redding, Trinity Alps, Eureaka...(not even Yosemite, Redwoods, Sequoia, Mohave, Lassen National Parks) and still didn't like California...I'd be surprised.
Nice locals to be sure and I have been to a few. Unfortunately, day to day life there is a bit more complicated and distasteful than just visiting tourist sites.

Yours I enjoyed...Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide...
You know, I just realized, in all the years I've known Aussie, I've never been to his country. He lived here for 3 1/2 years during the time of our business association, but I've never been there.
Say the word mate and I'm on the next plane.
Are you talking you shooting and me doing post or 3rd party production?

You haven't missed anything. Same big city tourist attractions found in the rest of the world.

Either way. You're as good with a camera as I am and we'd probably do the best job of telling the story. No doubt we'd run into the same casting problems as before, but we could always use EVW for the raw footage.

I can see that being a problem when you're looking for little green men to ride around in a toilet mower...Pretty small population to draw actors from :)
Ha, Ha, Ha.... it was those actors of the flesh and blood variety that we had trouble with. Actually, that's what led me to experiment with animation in the first place.

Ahhh... casting, the fatal flaw in our original business plan. I'd say, if we could somehow overcome that little dilemma, I'd be willing to give it a go, but I'd really rather not involve EVW.
Yeah, that was an unexpected hitch. At this point, I really don't have a solution. Health wise though, yours and mine, perhaps it's best to just leave it on the back burner for now. Meantime, if something pops up, I'll let you know.

I say film down under.... Yeah, there is similar gorgeous scenary elsewhere...and it looks a lot like America there...quite diverse...but then you see pigeons flying around, cockatoos walking across the street, giant freakin bats hanging from trees.... everyone should experience a cute koala barking and growling atcha...and the realization that a roo is a giant rodent...
