Yes I can. But what am I looking for. What am I looking at, why do you feel this is important, what portions do you utilize, have you been doing this for years, what benefits have you reaped?
Good. No, I used to believe that stuff. I don't anymore. But as it came up in another thread, as this is an interfaith forum with a taoist section, in which there appears to be no reference to the above immortality yoga, I thought that perhaps some future reader interested in exploring taoism might be interested to know the yoga exists.
That is what inwss getting at, seemed incongruous with your current catholic posts. Just seemed interesting.... I quit posting recipes when I didn't believe in eating meat.
