He was just a rabble-rouser who failed like many others in his time...

Jesus, peace be with him, did not fail overall. In one way he did, but we have not seen the last of him.
Jesus is as if in "suspended animation" with our "Father"
He will return to support the believers against evil, and establish an era of global peace on earth.

Muhammad, peace be with him, did not fail either.
He might have failed you .. because you do not believe.

I have not found any reason to believe in what they said. You keep waiting for Jesus to come out of his suspended animation. .
